Then why not say that you like to lie down in bed and be done with it and feel happy to know that your body is obeying you and not some certified doctor. He asked you to take rest - who and what is resting - If your body also follows his advice, as it surely does in the course of years of this brain washing, you will, no doubt, have perfect REST!"
If you wish to be healthy, you had better define health for yourself and work out where it leads you. You might need to change your definition.
You might even choose to be a guinea pig, test-tube, a series of X-Ray pictures or a couple of plastic kidneys; So long as YOU ARE SOMEWHERE IN THE GAME!
