Sat-Chit-Ananda is not a state that can be acquired by Tapasya of a thousand years: It is a state to be immediately expressed to the best of your body's ability at that moment:

Delight is not a state that can be acquired by Sadhana of a thousand lives: It is a state to be immediately expressed to the best of your body's ability at the given moment: 

Relaxation is not a state that can be acquired by a decade at the feet of a Hatha Yogi or by two decades of autogenic training: What you get is a comfortable illusion, the comfort of having got your degree in Yoga or autogenic training, further reinforcing the fatal illusion that your relaxation is something unconnected with you, YOU, and that is it is mediated through a Guru or Method.

Doing Sadhana for years trying to find God, trying to find who you are - so many tricks of the trade to fog the issue.

Right now, make your body express that which you expect to do when you meet your God: if you want to know who you are, then, right now, make your body express that which YOU wish to BE.

DO NOT WAIT FOR EXPERIENCES: MAKE YOUR BODY EXPRESS RIGHT NOW, TO THE BEST OF ITS ABILITY, THE EXPERIENCE EXPECTED BY YOU;

EXPERIENCE IS ALWAYS DEAD; EXPRESSION IS ETERNALLY ALIVE AND NEW AND ENJOYING!

2. This energy can be stored.

Nobody can do tapasya for another person because there is no other person.
