Constant mortality is the condition for constant immortality, so said Sri Aurobindo: 
Now, if man, who is a bundle of habits, were to die once every day to his discordant or disharmonious habits of behaviour, instead of once in seventy or hundred years, he might have a longer lease of life, to enable him to learn more.
