If any so-called physical illness, injury or other comes, first see what it is that it is preventing you from doing, e.g. I have a little headache. Tomorrow I will not be able to go to the office. This at once shows that the desire not to go to the office was already there. Chain reactions become submerged. So next morning you say: Alright don’t go to the office but want to see the doctor.
