1. Vasudava sarvam iti (Put an image-burning oil flowing).  
2. Halt and proceed. Physically become immobile. Pass one second back up and say: the whole universe is new. Fills with energy. Look at trees, etc. and say: How nice! 
3. Om ma mira sharanam mama, Om Sri Arabinda sharanam mama.
