Everything is made up of atoms. Atoms are constantly moving. Each atom is separately, directly connected to the Divine. Each atom is a Sun. You, others, wall, floor...made up of atoms vibrating, wavelengths.
See floor is sea, waves. Then body relaxes -all fluffy, nothing hard, rigid. Because it is true-they are waves.
Be aware of your immensity.
Sun made you. If Sun not there, where is "you"?
