Never describe-or say it and move off.
Words are the froth and fix the ocean.
Do certain acts and to that result word is given.
Each word recreates nerve. ..

His implication was more from the point of view of nervous system-how words can carve pathways...So for example when we describe the weather as hot we in fact order the body to feel hot...Otherwise the "world" is like the ocean-always moving...So we do something and call it good/bad act...and thus this act then has result on our physiology too. Such is my humble understanding of his writings.
