Owner/Driver

There is an Owner and a Driver.

The Driver must always keep the petrol full as the Owner might want to go somewhere at anytime.

Petrol is easily siphoned off by close people-leaks more easily for closer people.

Taxi driver's job is to see that petrol is full.
