They can’t stand light. They crave darkness and complain about it. Complain about what they create.
So practice utthapana at any time of the day with any little part of the body willing for any short time, well or ill, day or night.

II. Brightness
As sun sets, dark forces (robbers, snakes…) try to creep out. So first thing is to disinfect whole room with your face (radium dial, whole day exposed to the sun). Look into corners with love.
