The greatest gift I received for my wedding was a copy of Sri Aurobindo's "Savitri".

The story of Savitri is one of the many colourful legends from Indian mythology.

In Sri Aurobindo's interpretation, it takes on the epic nature of the Human search for Immortality or rather our conflict with Death.
